SRGUG Bye-Laws & Requests from the General Committee

SRGUG Bye-Laws
- The SRGUG facilities comprise the Clubhouse, changing room area and tennis courts.
- All persons using the SRGUG facilities do so at their own liability.
- All parts of the SRGUG facilities shall be deemed no-smoking areas.
- All persons using the SRGUG facilities must behave responsibility.
- It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children behave on the SRGUG facilities.
- Anyone damaging the SRGUG facilities will be liable to pay for repairs.
- The SRGUG shall not be liable for any loss of belongings on the SRGUG facilities.
- No kit bags are allowed to be left in the lobby of the SRGUG buildings or in the main hall.
- No sports equipment is allowed to be left in the lobby of the SRGUG buildings or in the main hall.
- No sports footwear that includes studs or spikes shall be allowed in the main hall.
- No dogs (other than guide dogs) shall be allowed on SRGUG facilities.
- Only designated SRGUG Bar Staff shall be allowed behind the bar.
- Under no circumstances shall anyone other than SRGUG Bar Staff serve drinks from behind the bar.
- The keys for the tennis courts are available only from the Bar. The courts must be locked after use.
- Only activities designated by the SRGUG General Committee shall be played on the tennis courts. At present these are tennis and fitness training sessions.
- Only light coloured-soled trainers shall be used on the tennis courts. Any trainers that leave any markings on the courts should be removed.
Requests from the General Committee
- Please maintain the dressing rooms in a tidy manner.
- All rubbish should be disposed of in the bins provided.
- Please turn off all lights when not required.
- Please park considerately when using the Stanford Recreation Ground car park.
- When leaving the SRGUG facilities at night please do so quietly.
- Please maintain the tennis courts in a tidy manner. All rubbish should be removed from the courts.
